"Views from this property are spectacular, amzing sunsets and lots of interesting birds! You sit on uour private balcony and overlook a secluded cove that offers great snorkeling when the water is calm, as well as the on site pool. Arnold, the host, was very accomodating and a good communicator leading up to, and during the stay. His gardener, Andre, brought feah local fruits and cocnuts for us to try a few times as well, which was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little dated, but well kept. The kitchen is very small, so keep cooking simple. There is no A/C, so managing a cooling breeze, fans and mosquito nets for sleeping is a must. We really ejoyed our stay here and the privacy of its location. Would highly recommend!"

"My wife and I spent 3 weeks at the property. There are 3 apartments at this location each one above the other. We stayed on the ground floor unit. We did not hear anything from the other units. It was pretty quiet where we were. The mattresses were firm and comfortable in the bedroom. The air conditioner in the bedroom works well. The bedroom and the living room have multiple electric lines, a set to handle European devices and another set to handle US devices, which was very helpful. We had good internet service and we were able to get US TV stations out of Miami. The grounds around the house have a nice play area for kids and the pool is very nice with various seating and lounging options. The people who run the place are very nice. First night because we got in late they provided dinner for us. For their independence day they had a barbeque and invited us for a meal. Both meals were very good and appreciated. We also felt extremely safe on the property. Possible concerns are that the owners do use the property for other events like birthdays, weddings, etc… So there could be times when there are other people on the property and it can get noisy. It happened only a couple of times during our stay and really was not an issue for us. In addition, the kitchen with the microwave oven and toaster oven on the counters there wasn’t much room to prepare meals."

"We booked this vacation with our 3 kids and their spouses. This VBRO house made it easy to spend a full week with the family. Staying in one house allowed us to play games, have meals together, swim every evening, and have lots of good family time. We brought our own snorkeling gear and could easily take the ATV to Trou Rolland beach and swim in a lovely cove with lots of coral and fish. We went on adventures around the island daily and this house was in a very convenient spot. It was nice being so close to Marigot Bay. We Kayaked from Marigot Bay to Roseau River – the mangrove forest we paddled through made it the best kayaking ever. We went deep sea fishing and caught a Tuna and a king mackerel. Marigot Bay was a great place for dinner – we ate out most nights in a variety of restaurants. The house was well equipped, and each bedroom had an air conditioner to keep the bedrooms cool at night. We really appreciated that! Our host was wonderful. She helped us by arranging transportation to and from the airport. And set up rental cars which were delivered to the house. She had great contact information for questions pertaining to the house."

"Wonderful staff and owner. We felt very comfprtable and as part of the family. We would definitely stay there again. However we did not get the room that we paid for, Expedia specifically stated room #8 it was not available upon our arrival."
