Everything from check-in to check-out was 1000%! Staff is incredibly helpful, kind, & great at communicating in a timely manner. Had some flight issues & the resort was incredibly accommodating, going above & beyond on multiple levels. Food was delicious & there were a lot of tasty GF options, which is important to us. Our private cottage was pure perfection & we loved the privacy it provided. We were treated like royalty every moment at the resort & it was the best vacation we've ever been on. We won't stay anywhere else but Sugar Beach when we go to St. Lucia in the future!

It was so beautiful, the set up of the place is so perfect for families and if you want quiet the staff should recommend the quiet beach, it is divine. Sugar beach is too crowded with all the tour boats so it is a bit much, the quiet side is the solve. The kids set up in the beach could not be more wonderful.

This resort was the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed in. Everything was top notch from the service to the food to the amenities to the facilities. And the view cannot be beat, as the resort is nestled right between the two Pitons. Incredible experience. We will be coming back for sure.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sugar Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived to departure, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. The resort itself is stunning, with easy and beautiful beach access. The views are breathtaking, and the beach is well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were equally impressive—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.
