"The staff right from the beginning were amazing. I arrived late at night and they greated me with a big smile. The manager Cokea Cola was amazing. He meet me one time and every time he saw me he called me by my name as did a lot of staff. The hotel is centrally located and is amazing The room service was great and the food was good. At both the buffet and room service. My room attendant was amazing. Room was always spotless. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Beautiful hotel but even more beautiful staff."

"We were very impressed with the staff friendliness and willingness to help/find solutions and general attitude. The room was clean and well presented though starting to show some wear and tear in the bathroom /basin area. Would we stay there again,absolutely. I just remembered there were barking dogs during the night on wing we were in which woke us during the night. Room 319 fyi."
