"Next to the Nusamai Bridge which is the good location watching sunset and sunrise. Like the Onsen facilities (with jacuzzi), a retreat after a long day walking and sightseeing. Less than 15 min walk to Kushiro train station and bus terminal; location is convenient for travelling. Breakfast is good and staff is helpful."

"The whole hotel is very dated. It seems like all they did was to renovate the lobby, so it looks new modern shiny, whereas the rooms are left in the 80s/90s era. We had one of the big rooms, with tatami and also a supposed double bed. The bed was not comfortable at all, and way too small for 2 persons. We ended up sleeping on the futons in the tatami section of the room on the second night. Staff wasn't rude, but not friendly like we will expect of the typical Japanese hospitality. The onsen is...

"We had an excellent stay. The included breakfast was huge and very filling. They offered complimentary wine and food in the lobby in the evenings. It was an easy walk into the main stretch of the city centre where there were restaurants and shops"
