"The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"Went with a group of 8 to Mike and Chris's place in Keystone in May 2024. We all fit very comfortably in the house, and had a great time. The downstairs foosball and pool offered some fun activities, and the kitchen is set up well for a large group to hang out and eat together. The star of the show is the hot tub - great view, great place to hang out! Thanks to Mike and Chris!"

"We had two couples and 5 children and we had plenty of space for us all to hang out, play outside in the snow and sleep. It was perfect also because it’s a short drive to the mountain house parking (we prefer this over river run) and we could have used the shuttle if we wanted to. The owners had great communication with us also:) 10/10 recommend."

"Overall it was a great experience. Had some issues with the neighbor who consistently parked so we couldn't get out of the garage, but that was the only complaint. Place was very clean and location was great. Less than 20 min to Copper/Breckenridge. Would recommend for family or group of friends."

"Only negative comment is that the driveway/garage setup is not very convenient if you have multiple vehicles coming and going at different times. There was an issue with the sump pump alarm one night, but it seemed to resolve itself. Had a great stay overall."

"This property was perfect! Immaculate in its amenities and offerings. Short drive to everything around, minutes from Keystone and a short drive from A-Basin or Breckenridge. More than enough space to stretch out, play some pool or relax in the hot tub. Super easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I will plan to book this again for future trips to the Keystone area."

"Great location, closer to the Peru lift than the parking lot at River Run. Only complaint was the lack of puzzles for relaxing in the evening."

"Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!"
