"Great service. Great institution. Our room was a little dated but that brought a kind of retro charm. Fittings were clearly state of the art when they were installed. We had a smoking room so I wonder if the non smoking rooms might have more contemporary fittings."

"Conveniently located above train station. Very clean room with great thoughtful amenities like skincare sachets, coffee pods and bottled water. One side of the hotel can be noisy due to trains at certain hours. Front desk was inflexible with early check in (by 1hr) and was told room is available but I have to pay for it. Would Recommend this hotel. "

"I Would recommend this hotel as it is close to the subway, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet was also really tasty. I really love that each room has a bathtub as well so you can soak after your long day of walking."

"The hotel staff is a key for guests. One of the front staffs was excellent because she has memorized my name by meeting with me once. By calling my name politely l felt at home to stay at the hotel. The house keepers were also polite to me all the time. I want to recommend the Meitetsu Ground Hotel for the peoples who are visiting Nagoya. I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"Location is perfect. The dinings in 12, 13th floor in the same building are easily accessible. Meitesu department is just 1min walk away. Metro and train station is 2 min walk away. Fantastic!!!"
