"The Hotel is in "decent" shape, was clean and ALL of the staff were so nice and sweet and very tentative to our needs. The maintenance of the rooms can stand a good once over. The curtain rods were loose, caulking was not proper for the areas that needs caulk. IT was mismatched with white and clear and that itself makes it look very unprofessionally maintained. Patches on the walls werent completed properly. and NO towel racks in the bathrooms? With all of this being said, I would still...

"The hotel is old and not in great shape and it has not been kept up, at least the original building where we were. We had paid in advance so we stayed. We would not come back. We also went to a well recommended local restaurant, Coppola’s Italian Restaurant and it was the worst Italian meal I have ever had. It was a 4 star restaurant apparently, but I would have given it a 2! We would not stop at Mt Airy again. "
