Our room was excellent. After we were in our room about,10 minutes, the fire alarm went off. Barry, the night clerk came up within 5 minutes Changed the battery and was gone Awesome experience 😃

Please clean up and refresh room carpet. The smell is a mixture of damp and dirty fabrics. The breakfast is usual combo. Location is very convenient to I85. Check in was rather lengthy.

The breakfast choices were great and the ladies in charge of it were very friendly and did a wonderful job keeping the area good warm and fresh! We were told the pool would still be open but it was disgustingly green and obviously had been closed several days before our arrival. The property's back doors didn't seem to ever be locked, so anyone coming into the back parking lot had complete access into the hotel . Also, the hotel needs some fresh basic updates; towels, bedding, paint, etc .

Very dirty and I have pictures of everything. But it won't let me post them. The staff cleaning staff was nice. That's it very dirty, don't stay here. Needs to be remodeled.
