This time again I had a good stay! Pleasant staffs typical of Indonesian hospitality. Gym is massive and well maintained. It's sad that they are closing down in few weeks for renovation. The access can be bit dodgy from where up come from.
Customer service was second to none. This Hotel knows how to look after their guests and ensure that everything contributes towards an enjoyable stay. From the room to the driver, the customer service was outstanding and we will definately stay here again.
I had a great experience in this hotel with live music in the bar and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general was excellent and the only negative comment I have is the rooms are in need of updating.
Second stay in this hotel since it opened earlier this year. The typical "new hotel" service glitches have all been worked out and the hotel is running very smoothly now. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Location is not perfect, but only 10 minutes by taxi to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia on a secondary road without heavy traffic. Well worth the significant savings over Hyatt, Mandarin and Kempinski...
