"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. "Wengen - Wow! And what a perfect chalet to experience it from. It is cozy, beautiful, well-located and….the view! I jokingly said that postcards must have been invented here because otherwise no one would believe that such a place exists. The decor of the chalet is beautiful and cozy. It invites “hanging out”. "Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. "Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. "Chalet Milly was very comfortable and a well equipped chalet apartment. It made a great base to explore the beautiful walks in the Adelboden region and was only an hour from Grindelwald to walk the Eiger trail. The village had plenty places to eat and drink a a good sized CoOp to buy food for self catering. It was so nice that I would not hesitate to recommend it - bear in mind that Switzerland is pretty expensive though."

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"This was a one bedroom studio apartment. The condition of the apartment was not great. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator - about which we are not informed about at the time of booking. Imagine carrying 4 suitcases to the 4th floor. The appartment gets direct sun and there were no fans. It got very very hot in the day time. This apartment is built in attic and we kept on bumping our heads. Avoid this place, if you can."
