We had a problem with the key fob battery dying and we almost didn’t get back in the night before we checked out. The shower in the master bathroom wasn’t very clean. Communication was good before the rental but we texted through the app to ask about the battery for the key fob and tell to communicate that we were checking out and never heard anything...
