"The first impression upon arriving at 9:30 pm after being delayed in Toronto 7 hours, getting to finally arriving to Vancouver with less than an hour to catch business class in order to fly finally to Honolulu ( duppodrd to have 5 hour layover, almost missed plane) The welcome was appreciated As it took so long to get there due to Sit Canada s delayed transportation without proper explanation stop ! "Check in very quick and efficient. Room very clean, could do with a bit of an update. Room would be better with on extra easy chair. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, a kettle was available if required. There was also a laundry room, a water machine and reef friendly suncream available in the reception area. Blue Hawaiian also have an area in reception, with very helpful staff to book any trips or trolley bus passes. The only slight downside is the boy racers on the...

"The staff was extremely friendly and amenable to our request for any help. We got a two bedroom suite, but it only had one bathroom (I didn’t pay close enough attention); but it all worked out for our party."
