"Property was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the patio to with the grill was nice for cooking out. Easy access to beach and all the accessories were in excellent shape and were great for the beach."

"Very nice, clean condo. Very convenient location. Overall we loved it but only suggestion would be to be more specific regarding trash disposal. Instructions were to remove trash before leaving but no direction on where to take it and there was no dumpster on site that we could find."

"We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property on Holmes Beach. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Lovely pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf Place is a beautifully kept condo complex with very helpful staff. The owners were easy to contact but really we had no occasion as the whole two weeks were nothing but enjoyable and seamless. Would highly recommend this property."

"Overall, this is a well-located, comfortable condo in a great location, near shopping & restaurants and two blocks from a great beach. However, it's a bit run down and the description "Beach View Apartments" is hugely misleading! The complex is located behind a Publix and your view is either a wall, a parking lot or the little swimming pool between buildings. I think the next person will have a better stay, because I spent the better part of my week there requesting and fielding repairs:...
