"Stayed in deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the mountainside. Peaceful. Breakfast was simple but good. Fresh coffee all day. All staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located to attractions ( 6 mi from Rushmore) and great restaurants. The room and lodge were very clean"

"This hotel does Not have any place for a dog to relieve themselves. You have to literally walk all the way across the parking lot to a small strip of grass. By no means is this a short walk. "

"Ive stayed here multiple times for trips to deadwood. Its a short drive from downtown deadwood here and considerably less money than anything else I could price out. Its always clean and the staff is nice. Could use updating but that doesnt bother me as Im not in the room much other than to sleep."
