"Great stay, just for a couple of days in NY. Super helpful front desk staff saved me a great deal of stress. Location is a little sketchy, but that’s pretty much the case everywhere in this part of Manhattan but I never felt unsafe. Sadly, since the pandemic ended, many homeless people who were housed in hotels just got dumped back on the street with nowhere to go, so you will find them around the place, but this doesn’t reflect on the hotel, just on the general state of welfare in the USA. "

Only problem in my room that it was very dark & our windows had no view it was covered from outside with some fence kind of thing completely blocking the view & natural light. Otherwise the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Awesome place & I will highly recommend it to anyone "
