"Very personal welcoming with old style elegance and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been for longer. The area is busy so please make reservations for dinner at surrounding restaurants or you will wander from one restaurant to another being declined a table"

"Good size modern room. Shower was very big. Good value. Restaurant was very good but, little pricey. Clean, safe parkade. 10 min drive to downtown. "

"The room was fine. The underground parking garage was difficult to navigate but better than nothing. We could not get WiFi and only had 1 towel but our stay was short and the bed was comfortable and clean. "

"Good price, but a bit dated. Transportation options not ideal. Breakfast was excellent, but the room's shower head holder broke. I wasn't told that the hotel would be locked by 10 pm. Luckily I had a key. A phone number was at the door, but for international travelers without a phone, this is a big problem."

"Great location. Easy to walk to the Main Street which is where most of the hustle and bustle of Heidelberg is. Staff was not overtly friendly but were not outright rude either. The room was clean but ours had slanted ceilings so we had to duck a lot to avoid hitting our heads. "
