Hosts are exceptionally kind and interesting people, don’t miss a chance to chat with them a bit. I stayed at six places on my trip and this was definitely my favorite. Location is great too for walking into Kona town or getting to most other places n the island."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family unit included myself, my husband, 17 yo stepson and a 4 month old infant. It was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to town and the water and a nice space for when our infant needed some home time. "The house was a roomy older house, conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Hilo. Overall, the house was terrific. The only drawback was the shower stall and showerhead. The shower flow was insufficient. A hand-held shower head would be better!"

Kepi has thought of everything you might need from beach towels and chairs to a hard sided cooler with freezer packs. "Overall great experience. Easy check in and good communication with property management. The bathroom is in need of updating, one set of faucets didn’t work and the shower head shoots water out the door. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work but didn’t really need it. The vertical blinds were not operational so we just left them open the whole time. We would stay here again!"

"Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona."
