This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam.

Not a non-smoking hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was quite quiet considering it’s proximity to the airport and a busy road. The corridors were quite echoey however. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that the hotel wasn’t non-smoking and the room stank of cigarettes and I woke up with a sore throat as a result. Based on that I would not stay here again as I don’t think it’s healthy. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Personnel très sympathique et réactif. La chambre etait un peu vieillotte avec vue sur les fenêtres de l'immeuble voisin, mais bon c'était la moins cher. Les chers un peu plus chers ont l'air bien propre et ont une meilleure vue (photo). Proche de l'aéroport, 10 minutes à pieds du terminal 2.

ハノイに着いた日と日本へ帰国前日、2回利用しました 同じカテゴリーの部屋でも広さや部屋のつくりが違うようで、今回の部屋は前回泊まった時より広くて快適でした。 ベッドも大きくて床も清潔で居心地がよかったです。 洗面台のシンクの上のガラス棚が傾いているので、ものを置くことができなくて少し不便でしたが、トランジットで宿泊するなら、それほど気になりません。 とにかく空港から歩けて、価格がリーズナブルなことが何よりありがたいです トランジットホテルなので、深夜、早朝に人が出入りして話し声やドアの開閉の音などはわりと響きます 神経質な方には向かないと思いますが、私は気にならなかったので、またぜひ利用したいです

夜の8時に空港に着きましたが、歩いて12分くらいでした 空港を出て右にまっすぐ歩いて行くと真っ赤なネオンの看板が見えてきます 夜遅くのチェックインでも素早く対応してくれたので良かったです お部屋はペットボトルの水500ミリリットルが2本、冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、コーヒーカップ(コーヒーはありません)、ヘアドライヤーなど必要なものは一通りそろっています リーズナブルな価格でトランジットで泊まるなら充分だと思います

早朝の便利用のため、寝るだけに予約した宿。チェックイン時に翌日のタクシー手配が要るかと聞かれて、8万ドン現金で前払い。 翌朝、タクシー一台だけ手配され、待っていた6人にこれに乗れと言うホテルスタッフ。 全員乗れないからとクレームしたら、自分で手配しろ、お金は返すと言い出すも金を返す様子は無く、スタッフは消えて行った。 別のスタッフからは、今呼んでいると言われ、10分ぐらい待ってもタクシーは来ない。 たまたま目の前に止まったタクシーに乗るから、ホテルからこの運転手に支払うように主張して、ようやく15分遅れでタクシー乗車。 タクシー手配はあまり信用できない。
