"We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Spa Suite. The room was spacious, clean & warm. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large & well appointed, included a 2 person spa bath & double sinks. I thought that I had booked a room with more kitchen facilities. A microwave or benchtop oven/airfryer would have been good. There was a jug & 2 each plates, utensils etc. We ordered room service dinner on the first night. We had to enquire after 75mins, meal finally arriving 90 mins from ordering. The food...

"Had two bedroom unit, v spacious for family of four, this made up for condition of unit. Tired but ok, would stay again. Good heating."

"The apartment was stunning. Stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, warm gas fire. Great location, off the main road but walkable to restaurants and shopping"

"We received a text just after 12noon to say our room was available, early check in, fantastic. Checkin very straightforward, great staff extremely friendly. Heatpump was switched on I. Room which we really appreciated as it was 8 degrees outside. Clean, modern well appointed rooms all within a few minutes walk to the hot pools. We will be back."
