"We received a text just after 12noon to say our room was available, early check in, fantastic. Checkin very straightforward, great staff extremely friendly. Heatpump was switched on I. Room which we really appreciated as it was 8 degrees outside. Clean, modern well appointed rooms all within a few minutes walk to the hot pools. We will be back."

"Excellent accommodation, very pleasing to the eye and close to everything in Hanmer Springs. Pleasant staff gave a warm welcome to us on arrival, showed us our unit and had the heatpump working, making a nice warm welcome on a very cool day. Everything was close for a nice meal out & on hand for a meal in on the 2nd night."
