"The rooms have been remodelled since we stayed There previously. The bathroom is clean but small and very little space to place items. While the accommodations are good it seemed a bit sparse. No pencil, paper or extra soap. Only 2 towels per set and when we needed more, the maids were reluctant to hand them out. There was only one elevator in service the entire 5 nights we were there. Restaurants were excellent but limited wine menu. When the door opens into the bathroom, the doorknob lock...

"The Lowell is a delightful small hotel with excellent amenities and a great location. There are comfortable areas for sitting and relaxing, which is an added bonus. The staff is courteous and responsive."
