Close to downtown without the hustle/bustle of the Downtown as it’s a few blocks walk. The only concerning issue was that on our walk back, my son chose a road 1 street over from hotel & it was in the area of a large homeless shelter. There were several people living on the street in tents & boxes, or no shelter m. Although this is found in every city, just be aware of walking...

Beds were comfy although the covers could have been a bit heavier. Check in was smooth and desk clerk answered all my questions. For being near the airport it was surprisingly quiet."
