Beautiful view from our balcony. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Pool was fun, and we loved the waterfall at the pool. A decent walking distance from the down town, but separated enough to where you feel not crammed with people. Perfect more low-key place for relaxing. We had a great time.

We stayed a week with our children, they were very accommodating and kind. Fantastic staff that were a true blessing. With a hearty breakfast of waffles and eggs sausage and biscuits with gravy among other fresh things, we saw a bear on the brook and can't wait to return again. We could not say thank you enough for the memories.

Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast. Especially the pancake maker. The river and grounds were beautiful. They gave us fresh towels and emptied our trash everyday, which I appreciated. I didn't appreciate the other guests smoking on their balconies, I would have liked to leave the windows open. We had a great time and would love to come back!

The property is older but very well maintained. The rooms are have a very distinct smell from the fireplaces, and we brought our own bedding. The sheets are old and very rough. But having our own bedding was great. The breakfast in morning is excellent for hotel breakfast. They have great ice machines, pop machines and their pools are absolutely perfect! If you want a pool vacation, this works great! I would recommend this place for sure

Breakfast was simple and consistent, with open hours to accommodate many guests without long lines or large crowds. Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept. The room was generally clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues and outdated aspects to the room. The breakfast was good, not exceptional but worthwhile. All in all, a decent value.

The grounds were very well maintained. The rooms were decorated in a rustic style, which I love. The carpet was pretty gross though and there was no blanket on the bed. There was a comforter but we felt it was not changed they the bet sheets were and we felt a little grossed out by giving to use that as our blanket. The curtains in the room needed repairing and the outdoor terrace could use a good sweep.

We enjoyed the brook behind the property, watching the bear, geese and squirrels on the property. It was nice having a wood burning fireplace and kitchenette in the room. The morning breakfast was exceptional! Thank you for offering an area of quiet and relaxation for our time in Gatlinburg.
