Community Amenities
Guests have access to the Chalet Village North Clubhouse pool during the summer season from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, typically from 9 AM to 9 PM. The clubhouse is located at 705 Village Loop Road, Gatlinburg. Please note the clubhouse is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance.

Valid government-issued ID required after booking

Parking available in the driveway
No parties or events permitted
No smoking or illegal drug use allowed
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM
One dog under 50 lbs permitted with approval and pet fee
Pets must be included in the reservation details
Fireworks are not permitted
Commercial filming and illegal internet activity are prohibited
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance for safety purposes
Guests are provided with a starter supply of household items including toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these hot tub guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
No glassware in or around the hot tub
No jumping or diving
Children must always be supervised by an adult
Do not use the hot tub if water temperature exceeds 104°F
Please avoid lotions, oils, and spray tanning products before use
Use designated pool towels for hot tub use
Replace the cover after each use
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a physician before using the hot tub
