This was our second time staying here. Everything was as described, convenient location, ready for check-in early. No issues other than the oven tripping the circuit breaker. Great pet-friendly place to stay.
We Loved this place!! Very clean and nicely located and close to everything. We saw a bear everyday around the cabin.
We will be back to stay with this property again many more times!!
Nice and close to everything for day trips but very quiet and relaxing to come back to after a day of fun. Momma and baby bear strolled right up in front of the cabin and climbed the tree next to our door. Great to see that but just need to be alert when coming and going. Would stay here again for sure!
The cabin was perfect for us and our dogs. The dogs loved hanging out on the porch. It was quiet and felt safe. Close to everything we needed. Hot tub was relaxing also. Bed was so comfy. We will most likely stay there again if we ever visit that area again.
It was such a cute cabin with everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. Stocked well and the hot tub was a plus. Beautiful area but did not see any bears.
The cabin was very nice, the kennel and being dog friendly was a great help. I enjoyed my stay. I did try to reach out to the property management company a few times for clarification on some issues and had some difficulties reaching someone each time. Communication difficulties aside I would stay here again.
Cute cabin. Functional. Enjoyed the hot tub. Leaves were beautiful. Had a black bear and her cub come visit our last morning. They were obviously looking for food but did not approach us. Got some amazing pics but be cautious if traveling with pets! Would stay there again.
Our cabin was clean comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. We
Enjoyed the deck the most it had beautiful views, comfy rockers, and enough space for dog, Ed to play. Even tho there were other cabins nearby we didn't hear or notice. The bed was soft, I wish there were a footstool other than that it was perfect. I would go back!
This was a cute cabin in a quiet culdesac. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with property manager was great. There was a storm one day and we lost electricity for several hours into the night. He let me know a safe way to return to the cabin as a tree and power pole were blocking the road. I also ended up accidentally leaving my kindle after checkout. I was only about 45mins away so I called and was able to turn around and go back for it.
Minor details that didn’t affect the stay at all. The cabin is a little outdated with decor and all the Knick knacks around. The patio furniture is all metal so uncomfortable to just hang out on. There was a sign in the bathroom to use black makeup towels but none were left for me to use. Again, small things that didn’t affect my stay. Just FYI’s. Gatlinburg is a cute town and we saw 6 black bears during our stay. One was just a few cabins down from us.
Our hot tub was fantastic after a long day, clean and the mountain view from the tub was amazing. The cabin is clean, set very privately within a nice group of similar cabins. The whole area is beautiful and quiet. Felt completely safe. The views from the back porch and hot tub were so great. We loved everything about it. I would definitely stay again. For us the location is perfect. Quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from all the tourist noise! Just a few miles from the entrance to Smokey Mountains National Park.
