"Overall a good experience, house was clean and no smells. Only negative part was the beds and curtains, main room was a full size and hard to fit 2 adults, and 2nd bedroom has a street light shining into room making it harder to sleep. Very nice property and surroundings "

"The cabin was very charming, nicely decorated and very clean. The neighboring cabins were kind of close and a few cabins down, they ran chain saws all day. I enjoyed watching the loons, eagles and a baby otter on the lake. Hope the little guy survives the eagles. All is all, a very nice week."

"Lovely location in the heart of the forest. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need. Very nice variety of children's books/movies/games/outdoor toys, well beyond what we imagined. The children absolutely loved the place and the long swings outside. The cabin was clean, pleasant, and cozy. We had a great time and would love to be back."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. While the condition of the house was not perfect, the listing communicated any limitations, and we knew what the house was and it was as is expected. Otherwise, it was a nice house to stay in the center of the UP. While Trenary is a little remote from many of the areas we wanted to see, the central location made it easy to travel to the different places we wanted to go. We had a great time during our stay. "It was so lovely to escape to the forest for a second time this year. The cabin was just the same as it was, and we did not have any issues. Sheri, the local point of contact, was attentive and respectful of our privacy. We stayed for two weeks, and she worked with us to pick up trash and refuel the generator. The dogs had a wonderful time. Thanks, Megan, for making your oasis available!"

"Loved my stay!!! Nicole and family clearly love and value their home and that shows in every aspect. It was thoughtfully stocked and the binder she put together for activities in the area was an awesome resource! I made good use of it! It was easy to feel like I was at home there. Super clean, Very cute, top quality! The property itself was awesome, too. I thoroughly enjoyed walking the grounds with my dogs!"

"Very nice stay for my husband and I. We took a one night getaway without kids and i honestly was so happy with our hotel choice. Cheyenne was amazing to work with, so helpful and kind! You can definitely tell they are remodeling/rennovating but that didnt bother us, cant wait to see it completely finished. The view was great and even the commute to stores and stuff was convenient! We would definitely stay again!! "
