"After staying 4days and no cleaning svc for room, I asked cleaning svc by email because of no front desk. Though hotel man answered very quickly to say ‘of course’. "I was impressed by how large the property is! The staff is very helpful, the room was modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect, and the bed quite comfy. The shuttle bus was prompt, clean, and safely driven. It was confusing where we were dropped off, but maybe I was told that and my non-existent ability to speak German once again let me down. Good job, airport hotel!!"

"Location was our main issue. It is next to the airport, but depending on the terminal a very long walk. We couldnt find a safe way to walk (we arrived after 11pm), because it is less than 5 mins in a taxi (but 35min + to walk) a mainstream taxi driver refused to take us and eventually wanted 20 Euros flat fee. I know this isn't right, but was too tired to argue. In the end we took an uber for around 9 Euros. The Uber pick up point was a walk in the opposite direction of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely fine. Soulless place, but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent."
