This property was not how I remembered it, it needs some renovations and maintenance in the shower grout and in the room area. It was noisy not from the road - but from staff and other guests late into the night after 11pm and early in the morning before 6am

Traffic noise the hotel needs double glazing. No chef so no cooked breakfast possible. The man in charge was very stressed so quite rude

We were greeted very nicely on arrival which was good after a long day of travelling. The room was very clean and pleasant, and sound proof.

We will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone. Of a long list of things that were wrong: our room wasn't cleaned at all over a 3 day period. only one of the 2 windows opened and there was no flyscreen. The bath/spa was out of order. The A/C and extraction fan in the bathroom were filthy and caked in dust. The soap holder in the shower was broken. Breakfast was average at best and there was no top up of the buffet in the 45mins we sat there. The restaurant was closed indefinitely despite being set for dinner. To top it all off, there was a function on our last night with a band that was super loud and went on for hours. We won't be going back ever again and I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

This was our second stay at this property. The service and accommodation was excellent both times. The prices are very good and having breakfast included was a bonus. We will certainly stay here again when we are visiting the area.

For a Monday night there was screaming by a woman & a man was yelling about 2 am. Very disappointing & disturbing. I emailed management & have not had a reply

Sorry to hear about your experience, we had contacted our night manager who was on that night to investigate and were waiting for any feedback from him, so apologies for the delayed response.Our night manager was working in another part of the hotel so wasn't aware of noise made by the other guests near your room. A very pleasant, friendly and quiet place to stay, however a dining facility for dinner is required. Rooms are very nice.

This was very convenient for our visit to family. Reception was an open area, not crowded. Staff on check out very friendly. Breakfast worked well.

The older male receptionist didn’t look up from his computer to greet us until we had been standing there for a couple of minutes waiting. We felt a bit silly! The pool was closed. The restaurant was closed. No room service. The spa bath in our room was out of order & the towels were like sandpaper. No mini bar, the bar fridge was completely empty, not even the usual milk or coffee or tea options found in most hotels. Very disappointing. The two queen beds & the room was nice.

The room heating & tap in the shower was broken. After two days gave us another room - in that room bathroom door knob was broken & we couldn’t close the bathroom door. For the whole hotel there was only one washing machine & dryer - they were so dirty I had to clean both machines before using it. After all that the dryer took my money, but did not work I had to hang the clothes in our room- in which the heating wasn’t working. We all slept in a cold room. Went to use the gym on the 2nd day at 8pm, there was no lights and we were told it can be only used when there is natural lights - so we went next day morning & it was just like the laundry room - so filthy there were no wipes, broken machines, cups all over the floor - NO COVID SAFETY IN THAT GYM. THE WORST HOTEL WE STAYED IN. Now when we think or talk about our Melbourne trip this hotel stay has ruined it. Hotel wasn’t cheap & I mainly wanted was a gym & laundry facility & I didn’t get both.

Reasonably priced, comfortable room for what was one of the hottest nights in quite a while. Only problem was there was no cold water in the fridge.
