"Second time at the RIU and it was great. Got a free room upgrade at check in. My favourite part about this hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient at check in. Location is amazing so close to Pier 39 and very walkable. Breakfast is included and it’s so good. Beds are super comfortable and give me the best sleep I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better."

"For the price, this property is an excellent choice. The staff were warm and kind. The rooms and property were spotless. The location (Fisherman's Warf) is very trendy and highly walkable - only minutes away from the water by foot, and a short uber ride from many local attractions. The only critique I have of the place was that the water pressure in the showers were a bit on the low side, but I honestly can't think of anything else. For what you pay, it's an excellent choice and I would be happy to stay at Hotel Caza again. "
