10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay here again. Perfect if traveling with kids! The lobby has something for everyone. Bar, games and activities for adults and kids, very family friendly. Hotel was super clean, once you walk into the lobby, there is a very nice scent. A lot of things are in walking distance, and if needing to park, parking space was spacious.

Comfortable bed and great rain shower. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The hotel has close proximity to Ghirardeli Square and area in the vicinity is safe to walk around. Close to CVS as well. Overall, enjoyed my stay. I have recommended it to my friends who flew in from Dubai. They cancelled their prior booking at another hotel and staye at Hotel Caza instead. I will definitely book this hotel again.
