"We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service. We are from Chicago and will make it a point to stay at The Fairmont Dallas again! Superb hotel!!"

"We love the property. The entire staff was extremely professional and very helpful. Everybody was so friendly. They were able to shuttle us to a nearby concert venue which was absolutely amazing. We spent a short amount of time up on the rooftop by the pool and the nachos were just to die for drinks were cold. "The day we arrived there was an active shooter in the building next door and there was chaos throughout. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the surrounding area. I noticed also a large homeless population around the area as well. Other than that the hotel was great. "

"This was our 3rd time to stay at this hotel. On our 1st stay, their system "crashed" we endured things while we were there. Upon checking in on our 2nd stay, we were advised that their system "crashed" again. Alma a manager, advised us that we would have a "complimentary" nights stay when their system came back up and that she would be sure to put it in her notes. It never happened.
