"The hotel is great in all aspects except the pool/bar. It’s kind of hostile when you enter there - the staff is actually aggressive and unwelcoming. It’s annoying that you cannot even take a water bottle out to the pool and then they let you get cups of water that are super small and no ice. It would be helpful if they came out to take orders so you don’t have to go in to the bar all wet. Also, they should have some kind of drink specials like a bucket if beers/seltzers at a discount or a drink of the day. It has potential but you really almost feel unwelcome there. The last night we went up to take pictures and the man said he was hosing off the deck so basically hurry up and take your picture and leave. It was just such a damper on what would have been the perfect hotel. On a positive note, we appreciate the free parking and friendly desk staff. The gym was really nice. The room was very clean and the crew did an excellent job each day with freshening up. "

"I love the ZaZas Hotels, they put extra effort in the decorations! I just have two comments: The mattress needs to be changed, and No coffee machine for my morning coffee?? Really? Oh yes, and they provided me with a 16 oz water bottle, the rest was for sale… But I would still go back!"
