"Friendly & cute room! Nice front porch to relax in ricking chairs. Easy access to shining sea bikeway & town. All walking distance. Breakfast was good and plentiful, wait staff attentive Only didn’t really enjoy the big dogs tail swishing on our table at breakfast. Definitely a lovely place and will go back "

"InnSeasons Harbor View is located right by the marina. The area is walkable to restaurants and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The "condo" was basically just a big room but both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Linens and pillows were very nice. The fridge in our unit was very small but made ice well in a short period of time. There are many different sizes of units at InnSeasons properties. We chose the least expensive so weren't surprised or disappointed in the small size. I would stay there again. "

"We loved our stay at the Town and Beach Hotel! Virginia, the owner, was so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of shopping and dining in beautiful coastal Falmouth. I was there on a girl's trip with a friend and the location was so convenient ~ just a 15 minute walk to the ferry dock where we departed for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. I would stay with Virginia again! "

"3 night stay at the end of May with partner visiting Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod as part of longer 7 day trip. Lovely hotel, beautiful to look at and very clean. Spacious room (room 5) although bathroom may not suit any gent over 5,8" as sloping roof makes standing whilst using the loo difficult. The host, Walt, was brilliant. Took lots of time to give us tips on attractions and how to get about the Falmouth and the wider Cape. On beach (unsurprisingly given the name !), 20 minute walk into Falmouth centre but that wasn't a problem. Given it's proximity to MV/Amity, the only thing I would suggest is 'you're gonna need a bigger bed' but that's a very minor quibble ! Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks Walt and the team."
