"Hotel was good value. Bit tired and ciukd do with a good clean. But was quiet and peaceful and goodvalue for money. Leisure centre only opens at 8.30am after business guest had left and closed at 7.30pm. Suggest dont order the bar food. But would stay again for price location and peace and quier. Only 10.mins drive to CBS arena "

"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

" Where to start, was first given a room That was tiny with wires out the wall, asked for another room the lady was kind enough to give another room that was bigger, but it was not clean, hair on the showers, stain on the toilet, and pillows had stains on them, unfortunately looked under the bed and full of litter, middle of the night had another person walk into my room, so they where given a key that obviously opened the same door and the man said we was given this room, thank god I was...

"Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "
