"Crisp" is the right word for this hotel. Many hotels are clean, comfortable, and chic, but this one has an additional air to all of that.

Great hotel. Manager upgraded us on arrival to a bigger suite with good view. All the staff v friendly and helpful and v good with our young children. Location great-just opposite metro station and no more than 20mins by taxi (£5-10) to all attractions. Rooms v tidy and modern-could do with a few small extras in kitchen (tea towels, washing up liquid), but overall great value and we will come back agsin.

Very helpful staff, location was okay but taxi really cheap. Pool area was delightful. Would stay again.
