We are so happy with doubletree hotel. Incredible room, amazing view. The staff were honestly the best people I have dealt with while travelling. Was sad we were only staying one night! We had Jivan bringing the cot for us super fast and full of smiles, the ladies working at the reception in the day were so sweet and the man working at the desk at night were so lovely. Honestly couldn’t recommend more.

Booked this hotel for 5 days. We arrived earlier than the check in time at the hotel but the hotel staff, Hamza, let us do early check in and upgraded our room. He also offered us the option of having the buffet breakfast at the hotrl and it is really worth it! Aside from the proximity of the hotel to the Malls and Burj Khalifa, the staff are nice and helpful.

We booked our stay for 4 nights at Double tree..it was a pleasant & memorable stay. The hotel was an excellent choice..the location n facilities all added to our wonderful stay.Hotel staff was very warm n cordial..our receptionist Shreya was very helping and always came out with a solution for our queries 😊 The location of the hotel was quite central n we could get Indian food at walking distance . Would highly recommend the place n I would definitely come back for another holiday at Double Tree 😊👍👍
