"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It is a little out of the way but the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the train station and a free hourly shuttle to the nearby town which is absolutely fabulous. The grounds are just beautiful and the view from the room is honestly better than any other vantage point we could find. Thank you so so much!"

Sadly not 5-stars because expedia markets this hotel for 2-6 people per room, but when you book a room, it only does so for 2, and on arrival you have to pay to have the other 4 stay as well. "

However to go to Mishima station very near about 8mins walking. osen good got 3 pools. surrounding got good restaurant. "The baths are fantastic. The room was beautiful. I wish the outdoor pool had been open. The maid did not clean my room even though I left a sign on the door to clean it. Aftert I reported it to the front desk, someone came in and folded the edge of the toilet paper but he or she did not clean the bathroom. "

"It's a resort ryokan hotel with excellent view of the ocean. The "half-board" breakfasts and dinners were delicious and plentiful. The town of Atami is very hilly with very very steep roads that are not very walkable (and could be dangerous when wet), so be prepared to use a taxi or a rental car to go practically anywhere."
