"Our stay was lovely and they’ve done a nice retro to an older building, with a few exceptions. Our room’s thermostat would not leave 65°, and the system fan did not work. I called the front desk and they brought me a box fan (first one was broken and the gentleman didn’t realize it so we had to call for a second). It was stuffy, but once we had the fan and the room cooled off some we had a pleasant and restful sleep. The front desk answered my call immediately (it was 1am) and the response was...

"Very nice bed and bedding, water pressure and hot water, as well as breakfast. Most difficult experience was how to turn on the tv. Thats something I can live with "
