I have stayed there before and it's always a pleasure i wasn't to happy with not being able to take guests to my room but everything else was great

I stayed in the terminal three hotel and paid about $225 with taxes. The Dubai airport is enormous and terminal three in its self is larger than any U.S. airport that I know. I arrived on a week day in the evening and thankfully there was plenty of airport personnel to help with directions. The hotel is located in B concord. Once your in the concord there isn't a sign on the hotel that is visible as your walking past, so it's very easy to miss. Once I made it into the hotel the service and single room where both excellent. The reception was excellent, they offered both a wake up call and asked me what time I wanted to checkout. They also looked up my flight gate and advised me of the walking time to my gate. The room is small but everything was clean, comfortable and modern with free wifi. I had a queen bed that was very comfortable and the room darkens a fair amount for sleeping. There are some other amenities included in the hotel but I didn't visit them. Outside the hotel there is a food court with a good selection including a Heineken bar that has good sandwiches and cold beer.

It was an amazing experience specially for the kids where they enjoyed it. I strongly recommmend it to those who have family and small kids.

This was a great hotel and it is in a great location.

On this visit, my husband and I stayed on the 23rd floor of the D.I. for one week. View out the window was land-ward towards Carmel Market...recommend the Med. side. The 23rd floor is the "executive level" with lounge (24th fl.), food at breakfast (smaller version of what's offered in the main dining room on 3rd floor). Includes snacks all day, and wine/spirits at cocktail time until 10pm. This might be a consideration for some as wine/liquor in Israel can be pricey. There is also access in the lounge to a printer & 2 internet-connected computers. My husband stayed in the Sheraton up the coast & prefers their larger exec. lounge. That said, there was no wait for concierge svc., as was often the case at the main office. Now, the breakfast IS pretty spectacular at D.I. with plenty of variety. Ate at the hotel restaurant, and had excellent service & salmon. Pool was chilly but perfect for lap-swimming in May. One reason we stay here is the level of security...it is quite good. The hotel itself is situated in an area that, for at least a 3 mile diameter, is very safe to walk about and explore with the family. The one regret is that the hotel's in-house spa was under renovation...I was sent to a local spa which was okay, but would have loved to try the newly renovated hotel spa. One tip I did not test: supposedly foreign tourists are eligible for a couple free tours through the Min. of Tourism. Something to look into...

Wonderful place for the price. Great location. Rooms are recently redone and very nice.

Nice hotel. You get what you see on website. Very clean and quite hotel with nice lobby area and great room service. We enjoyed our stay for 6 days in December/January and enjoyed new year's events

The hotel staff was beyond kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the beginning and were always attentive. We loved our stay there and wished we could have stayed longer. Next time we visit we will definitely stay in the same hotel.
