"Location was great. The Mariners Landing complex is very nice. We would stay at this condo again. Only real complaint was that it could use a spring cleaning, but it wasn’t horrible. Just some cobwebs by the front door and on the balconies. Some other minor things, nothing major. We stayed just before the full summer season started so it may have just been timing for us. The resort grounds are really nice. Good restaurant choices at the resort."

"Beautiful location! We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out on the patio with a lake and mountain view. Amenities are close to Building 3. Just a walk away from the pool and boutique shop. We also played tennis, pickleball and worked out at the clubhouse which was also a short walk away. Lunch at the Golf Clubhouse was delicious and provided a lovely view of the golf course. We had minor issues in the condo that we requested to be repaired: plugged drain in master shower and towel holder falling...

"I was impressed with Mariners Landing! Our accommodations were clean, nice, and matched the photos from the web site. Only issue we encountered was accessing the Netflix account in the evenings. It appreaded to be in use by others and we couldn't get on. The pools, arcade and facilities were enjoyed by both kids and adults in our group. I'd definitely book a return trip!"

"This is a cozy, quiet place to stay in the heart of Chatham. Walking distance to Chatham Hall and very close to Hargrave. The owners have created a little oasis and have thought of everything. I can’t stress how much you will love this stay."

"I always felt safe with the locked entrances. Checkin was easy and quick. I stayed in two of the units. Beds were great, kitchen fairly well equipped. The biggest downside was the 'age'. They were old converted mills with exposed heat/air piping and it was SOOO annoying when they kicked on (which was frequently). Had to sit there with the remote and turn it up and down based on whether the unit was on or off. Unfortunately I moved into one of the monthly apartments now and it HVAC is even worse....

"Condo was great, clean. Had everything we needed. We were upgraded from a studio to 1 bedroom. Thanks. Communication wasn't the greatest. Didn't get a room number when we were upgraded. Had to get help with entry. Had to pay 50.00 for boat and truck registration which was a crazy price just to park. Then couldn't launch boat because we didn't have combination to lock. Asked for combination which still didn't work. Nice but a little expensive for 2 days."

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It fit our family of 4 very nicely. The view from the cabin was beautiful. If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us. The owner was responsive and easy to work with."
