Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 3BR, 2.5BA Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 1 on the 2nd floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers queen size beds in each of the bedrooms. Wi-fi and Cable are included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 5 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 6 and has a dining area that seats 8. There's a seating area that has seating for 5.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the open-air balcony or the sunroom! The open-air balcony has seating for 4 people, and the sunroom has seating for 6.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties allowed! All properties are non-smoking!
