"Stayed here for my birthday May19th-23rd The room was very very clean I love the smell of bleach, the bed was comfortable housekeeping didn’t speak English well but was very sweet I just spoke into her phone and she translated it in English. The front desk was very nice and polite. Only a few things could make it great is a full body mirror a bigger Tv it was like a 20inch and a microwave in the room but overall I give it 9 ! I will go again especially for the price !!! You can’t bet it "

"The ice machine on our floor was broken for two days. I don’t know if it’s fixed yet because we left. I didn’t like the $910 hold on our debit card and the price of everything at the hotel. The mini fridge was filled with their items and not a whole lot of room for our items. Everything kept falling out of the fridge and we were afraid they would charge us. I called down to the front desk to see if they would come and get the items out of the fridge. They told me it would cost us $50 for them to...

"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"Great stay at this hotel with the family! Staff was friendly and helpful anytime we needed their services. The beach was incredibly beautiful and they provided us with chairs and umbrellas so we could sit down comfortably and enjoy the sunset. Highly recommend and will be staying here again soon..😎👍"
