House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. The owner gave us amazing advice on how to best enjoy our time at Graceland, and truly thought of everything when decorating and stocking the home, making it a 5 star experience. The home even had cute Elvis touches and such beautiful decor. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area."

"The check in and out process was fantastic! The rooftop area was amazing, the location is on point and the property itself was clean and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs but all of us being physical sound that was not an issue - if you’re not able to navigate stairs this isn’t the property for you but if you are - not was it fantastic. The AC system was really, really, good. Private garage parking in Downtown Memphis is unheard of but this property has it and we fit a Grand Wagoneer...

"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"Nice little house close to I40 which made it easy to get to area attractions quickly. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the parking was off street and behind the home. We never felt unsafe. The host was responsive to text messages. John greeted us upon arrival and gave us the tour. Super friendly and helpful."

"The unit was cute and well supplied with bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dish soap. The router was in a different building on the property but not accessible by us. The TV and reboots were ridiculous and we still couldn't get any TV even with great assistance from the property employee. Door locks were very tricky to get them to lock and unlock.
