We had an accessible room without us requesting one. "The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had."
