"Amazing service"

"The hotel was clean and very nicely appointed. The staff was very polite. Our rooms location was not the greatest as our windows were over an ally that I guess was used for trash pick up, and deliveries. It was a bit noisy. The bathroom also had a bit of a foul smell, that same smell was in the lobby one day. If I went back I would try and stay at a location more centrally located."

"Staff were a great help in assisting to retrieve my passport that was left behind our stay. Emma was most helpful in contacting DHL to get overnight delivery to our hotel in Galway. I would highly recommend to friends to stay there. "

"Excellent Restaurant on site. Staff were incredibly cordial and efficient. Impeccable Penthouse suite with a view over the Liffy River. The area around the hotel is safe but has a slightly gritty appearance. Well located in the Temple Bar area. It is a 4-5 star property despite some reviews suggesting otherwise."

"Our stay was great, staff friendly clean hotel and we got to check out at 12.30. However for 315 per night I didn’t expect to be at the end of the hotel, with a nightclub WORKMANS music loud enough for me to hear the beat and neon lights shining over the top of the curtain after 2 am. Overall the hotel is fabulous but not that particular room"
