"The hotel was clean and very nicely appointed. The staff was very polite. Our rooms location was not the greatest as our windows were over an ally that I guess was used for trash pick up, and deliveries. It was a bit noisy. The bathroom also had a bit of a foul smell, that same smell was in the lobby one day. If I went back I would try and stay at a location more centrally located."

"The room was not ready when we arrived. We were compensated for the delay. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The car park was okay but expensive. The front desk manager and staff were very responsive to our issues."

"Only problem was one of the staff in the bar area he doesn’t have very good people skills asked if cocktails was been served at around 2000 hrs and he replied no with an attitude other than that it’s been pleasant "
