"The hotel was clean and very nicely appointed. The staff was very polite. Our rooms location was not the greatest as our windows were over an ally that I guess was used for trash pick up, and deliveries. It was a bit noisy. The bathroom also had a bit of a foul smell, that same smell was in the lobby one day. If I went back I would try and stay at a location more centrally located."

"I can't say enough good things about this place! The space itself is huge and hospitable, with a charming water feature at one end out the back windows (a big pool/fountain in the center of the building, beginning on our floor [American 5th?] ); the other end looks out over a lovely (and pretty quiet) park/playground, across from Google headquarters. We had 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath (fabulous tub in one; shower in the other) PLUS guest 1/2 bath, which was used a lot because we...

"Fabulous hotel and location Great staff Food excellent and outside space perfect We will definitely come back "

"Only problem was one of the staff in the bar area he doesn’t have very good people skills asked if cocktails was been served at around 2000 hrs and he replied no with an attitude other than that it’s been pleasant "
