"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"The room was spacious. Having a full kitchen is handy when you’re staying longer. There is a washer and dryer but it’s on the small-ish side, but very reasonably priced. They provide free detergent as well. We arrived super early and while check in wasn’t til 3pm, they were able to provide an early check in for a small fee when I inquired. "Pullman was a great hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. If you splurge for the rooms with the view, it’s really unbeatable! We asked for early check in weeks in advance but in general, it seems that most European countries don’t have rooms ready for early check in unless you pay a fee. They’re willing to hold your luggage so that’s an added bonus. We paid for breakfast that had standard eggs, fruits, granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit and juices. One day, we asked to have it delivered to the room, which cost a few per person and actually to order eggs as well cost extra per person even though they’re available downstairs in the buffet with the regular breakfast package. Staff was kind and the property was clean! Super convenient to the Eiffel Tower and a few restaurants are nearby as well (which are actually pretty subpar given the location) but open late nonetheless. Turndown service happened every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay for our first time in Paris! "
