"The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice."

"Résidence Hèrmes is truly a good choice for on-a-budget travel to Paris. Here are some positive and negative notes: Positive - The RER station was incredibly close, around 6-7 minutes walking.
