Very convenient from the airport to hotel without needing a taxi, and with easy instructions. A comfortable stay and helpful staff. Liked that I could have dinner at the hotel and a very good breakfast too.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! **house cleaning was absolutely horrible!!!! First off I had the do not disturb sign on my door and she kept trying to come inside, thank god I was inside and door was double locked! But thennn the next day I went out and had the sign on my door and she still went inside my room. She was cleaning the bed, put my pillows on the floor and then put back on my bed. Eww I made her change them! Then my toilet she cleaned with the same cloth she wiped down the counter tops with! DISGUSTING!!!!!!

OK if you just need a clean bed for the night. We were in transit to Naples so it was fine for one night. Don't go here if you want atmosphere or plan to spend time in Paris.

Well-connected to CDG and therefore also to RER B trains which will connect you to Paris centre and to Paris Metro system. Hotel may need some renovations and updating. Also, housekeeping standards is not consistent. Our room's shower stalls shower hose is leaking. Good location and proximity to the airport and breakfast is included.

The room was large, but I’m not sure that the carpet has been vacuumed a there were small pieces of paper on it. A quick test of the tiles in the bathroom with a paper towel made me believe that it missed the wipe that day. The grout between the tiles was almost all gone. The TV service was out, and never available even though I was told at the check in that it will be solved on our arrival day

It was so nice that the breakfast was served starting at 4am, which made it very convenient for the early flight I had to take. The room was basically clean, but, it may not have been occupied for awhile as I noticed the some areas were dusty. I had the in room tea, the mug had the tea(?) stain which I had to clean. The tea had very strange consistency that filmed the mug. The water heater may not have been used for awhile as the kettle water had fine dust floating at the top. But, the location of the room(230) was great to be able to see the airport, and I could see the Concorde, at dusk, being illuminated. The room was very quiet.

Ease and convenience of the airport were ideal for needs. King size beds were comfy, along with the showers. Loved the array of fruit, and many other selections offered at breakfast. Staff is courteous and helpful for questions when needed.
